FLAT RATE SHIPPING
$10.19 to the Lower 48 States
This generally will travel the most economical way

FREE SHIPPING

Any orders totalling $95 ship FREE to the lower 48 States
This is a slower method and can take from 3-8 days depending on location

USPS
USPS - 2nd and 3rd Day Priority - Although it may appear as a more attractive option these shipments are not guaranteed to arrive on that day.
Although accuracy is over 90% please choose according to your event date.

UPS EXPRESS SERVICES
If you have chosen items from the Same Day Section you must choose from the below shipping options:
UPS Next Day Air Early AM - as early as 8:00 A.M. to most major cities in the U.S. or by 9:30 A.M.
UPS Next Day Air - most businesses by both 10:30 A.M. and 12:00 P.M.
UPS 2 DAY Air AM - Delivery by 10:30 A.M. or 12:00 P.M. of the second business day to most commercial destinations in the U.S.
UPS 2 DAY Air - two-day delivery to every address throughout the continental U.S. by C.O.B.
UPS 3 DAY Select - 3 Business days for packages within the contiguous 48 United States

UPS GROUND SERVICES
UPS Ground - Day-definite delivery in one to five days (Now delivering on Saturdays in some Zip Codes) * Please see zone chart from CT

SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS

  • Same Day Awards LLC is not responsible for weather delays effecting UPS Air Services (Next Day Early, Next Day Air, 2 Day Air A.M., 2 Day Air and 3 Day Select and are not refundable.
  • Same Day Awards LLC will replace awards damaged in shipping by the same service originally ordered. (i.e. an order using 2 Day Air will be replaced with 2 Day Air)
  • Any additional upgrades to meet a deadline will be incurred by the customer, so please consider when ordering close to your event day
  • Same Day Awards will provide your tracking information on all orders but can not track packages or contact the shipper on behalf of the customer
  • Open your boxes up immediately upon receiving them to inspect for spelling and breakage. This must be reported to SDA immediately. If box has been in your possession for more than 2 days the replacement shipping will be done at the customers expense.
