Our company started an innovation award and this was the perfect award. It shipped and arrived very quickly (to rural Montana!) and looks almost as pictured - the light bulb has a bit of color to it which I personally liked. The engraving was perfect. I will warn you the proof they send looks a bit sketchy (I don't think they have graphic designers do this), but don't worry the item comes as pictured & requested. As my company started this as an annual award I will absolutely return to buy this same award next year if it's still available.
